You must have working knowledge of PSP..
Supplies:
PSP9 but any version will work..
4 Tubes of Choice: Iam using the fabulous artwork of Elias Chatzoudis..
You must have a license to use his work..Which you can purchase HERE..
Scrap Kit of Choice: I am using the awesome FTU kit "Pink Sherbert"..

Font of Choice: I am using Good Vibrations..
Drop Shadow: I used 2 2 50 10
Okay lets get started..
Open tamplate shift D and delete the original..Also delete the copyright layer..
Now highlight wide strip layer..Selections all - float - -defloat..Paste a paper of choice..Selections invert - delete selections none..Add a drop shadow..Then delete the original layer..
Do this to the other layers until you reach Inner1 layer..
Highlight inner 1 layer selections all - float - defloat..Paper of choice and paste as a new layer..Selections invert - delete selections none..Delete the original layer..
Highlight frame 1 select all - float - defloat..Paper of choice and paste as a new layer..Selections invert - delete selections none..Delete the original layer..
On your new frame layer select your magic wand and click in the center..Selections modify - expand by 5..
Take one of your tubes and paste as a new layer..Move your tube so the part you would like in the frame is visible..Selections invert - delete selections none..Add drop shadow to your tube..Move it below your frame then add a drop shadow to your frame..
Now do this with the other 2 frame layers..Remembering to delete the original layers and add a drop shadow..
Copy and paste your main tube..Position it where you would llike it..Add a drop shadow..
Add any elements you would like..
Font of choice add your name and drop shadow..
Add the correct copyright..
Crop excess white and resize..I resized mine by 80%..
Save as a png or jpeg..
Then you are done..
