You must have working knowledge of PSP..

Supplies:

PSP9 any version will work..

Tube of Choice: I am using the awesome artwork of Anjara..

You must have a license to use his artwork which you can purchase HERE..

Scrap Kit of Choice: I am using the gorgeous PTU kit "Lilacs Kiss" by JT's Designs..

Mask of Choice: I am using WSL_Mask4 HERE..

Font of Choice: I am using The NautiGal..

Drop Shadow:For Template - 0 0 50 5 For Tube & Elements - 2 2 50 5

Filters:

EyeCandy 4000 - Glass

Okay lets get started..

Open your template shift D and delete the original..Also delete the copyright layer..

Highlight your Background layer Image - canvas size and resize to 600x600..We can crop later..

Highlight Raster 1 layer select all - float - defloat..Paste paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Add a drop shadow and delete the original..

Now do this with your Rectangl & Thin Grey Rectangle layers..

Highlight your Thin Black Rectangle layer select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete..Do not deselect..

Paste any elements you wish hit delete to remove any excess..Selections none add a drop shadow to paper and elements..Delete the orignal layer..

Now do the same for your other Black Rectangle layer..

Highlight Dotted layer select all - float - defloat..Paste paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Add a drop shadow and delete the original layer..

Do this again for your other Dotted layer..

Highlight WordArt layer select all - float - defloat..Paste paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Add EyeCandy 4000 - glass with the following settings:

7.75 75 18 0 50 0 50 White..

Drop shadow and delete the original layer..

Paste your tube as a new layer add a drop shadow..With you eraser tool remove any excess hanging over the bottom of the rectangles..See my tag for reference..

Add any elements you wish..

Now to add the mask..Highlight your Background layer paste a paper of choice..Load mask - delete mask layer - merge group..

With a font of choice add your name with a drop shadow..

Add the correct copyright..

Crop excess white and resize..

Save as a png or jpeg..

Then your done..
