You must have working knowledge of PSP..

Tube of Choice: I am using the awesome artwork of Pinup Toons..
You must have a license to use his artwork which you can purchase HERE..
Scrap Kit of Choice: I am using the fantastic PTU kit "Its Beach Time" by Dazzling Scraps..

Mask of Choice: I am using Vix_Mask38 HERE under goodies..

Font of Choice: I am using Summertime..
Drop Shadow: For Template 0 0 50 5 For Tube 2 2 50 5
Filters:
EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow (optional)
Okay lets get started..
Open template shift D and delete the original..Also delete the copyright layer..
Highlight your Background layer Image - canvas size and resize to 600x600 we can crop later..
Highlight Circle 1 layer select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Add a drop shadow and delete the original..
Now do this with each of the other layers till you reach Background Frame layer..
Highlight your Background Frame layer select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete..Do not deselect..
Take some of your elements and them postioning them in different places..See my tag for reference..Hit delete to remove any excess..Selections none add a drop shadow and delete the original layer..
Highlight your Frame layer select all - float - defloat add a new layer..Choose a colour from your tube and flood fill..Selections none add a drop shadow and delete the original..
Paste your tube as a new layer add a drop shadow..Position it to the right side of your tag..Duplicate and image - mirror..
Add any elements you wish..
Now to add your mask..Highlight your background layer..Paste a paper of choice as a new layer..Load mask - delete mask layer - merge group..I resized mine by 70%
With a font of choice add your name..I chose to add a gradient glow to mine this is optional..Add a drop shadow..
Add the correct copyright..
Crop excess white and resize..
Save as a png or a jpeg..
Then your done..
