Hope you like this tut..

You must have working knowledge of PSP..

Supplies:

Tube of Choice: I am using the gorgeous artwork of Suzanne Woolcott..

You must have a license to use her artwork which you can purchase HERE..

Scrap Kit of Choice: I am using the fantastic PTU kit "Applelicious" by Digi Cyber Scraps..

Which you can purchase HERE..

Font of Choice: I am using AL Serenade..

Drop Shadow: 1 1 69 10

Okay lets get started..

Open your template shift D and delete the original..Also delete the copyright layer..

Highlight your Rectangle layer select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Delete the original layer..

Now on your new rectangle layer duplicate..On the original go Adjust - Gaussian blur - 10..

Add a drop shadow to the duplicate layer..

Highlight your Circle 4 layer select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Delete the original layer and add a drop shadow..

On your new circle layer add an element..See my tag for reference..

Now do this with your remaining circles..On circle 1 layer I add my tube instead and change the opacity to 50..

Paste your tube as a new layer position it where you like it..Add a drop shadow..

Add any other elements you wish..

With a font of choice add your name with a drop shadow..

Add the correct copyright..

Crop excess white and resize..

Save as a png or a jpeg..

Then your done..
