Hope you like this tut..

You must have working knowledge of PSP..

Supplies:

3 Tubes of Choice: I am using the gorgeous artwork of Joel Adams..

You must have a license to use his artwork which you can purchase HERE..

Scrap Kit of Choice: I am using the gorgeous PTU kit "Blooming Romance" by Desert Bloom Designs which you can purchase HERE..

Font of Choice: I am using Harrington..

Drop Shadow: 3 3 69 10 Font Drop Shadow: 0 0 50 5

Filters:

Xero - Porcelain

EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow (optional)

Okay lets get started..

Open your template shift D and delete the original also delete the copyright layer..

Add a new layer and flood fill white arrange and send to the bottom..

Highlight Raster 1 layer select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete..Do not deselect..

Paste one of your tubes as a new layer and place inside the circle hit delete..Selections none..Change the blend mode to Luminance and the opacity to 50..Add a drop shadow..

Delete the original..

Highlight Raster 2 layer select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete..Selections none..Go to Adjust - add noise with for following settings: uniform - 30 - monochrome checked..Add a drop shadow and delete the original..

Highlight Merged layer select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Add a drop shadow and delete the original layer..

With a font of choice write a little saying on the 3 tabs use mine if you wish..Add a drop shadow..

Highlight Raster 3 layer do the same with this layer as you did with Raster 1 layer..

Highlight Raster 4 layer do the same with this layer as you did with Raster 2 layer..

Add any elements you wish..

Paste your main tube as a new layer position it like mine..See my tag for reference..Add the Xero - Porcelain with the default settings..Add a drop shadow..

With a font of choice add you name..I used a gradient glow with mine..Add a drop shadow..

Add the correct copyright..

Crop excess white and resize..

Save as a png or a jpeg..

Then your done..
