You must have working knowledge of PSP..
Supplies:
Tube of Choice: I am using the awesome artwork of Elias Chatzoudis..
You must have a license to use his artwork which you can purchase HERE..
Scrap Kit of Choice: I am using the fantastic FTU kit "Club" by Bluedream Designs HERE..

Font of Choice: I am using LHF Speedstyle..
Drop Shadow: 0 0 70 8
Filters:
Xero - Soft Mood (if you don't have it changing your blend to Luminace works)
Okay lets get started..
Open template shift D and delete the original layer..Also delete the copyright layer..
Highlight Left Rectangle layer select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Add a drop shadow and delete original layer..
Now do this again with Right Rectangle and Dotted Lines layers..
Highlight Circle layer select all - float -defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete..Do not deselect..
Paste your tube as a new layer place it inside the circle hit delete selections none..Add the filter Xero - Soft Mood with the default settings to your tube..Add a drop shadow merge down with paper layer..Add a drop shadow..Delete the original layer..
Highlight your Frame layer select all - float - defloat..Paste paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Add a drop shadow..
Back on your Frames layer with your magic wand click inside the frames selection modify - expand by 3..
Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete..Do not deselect..
Take your tube and paste parts in each of the frames..Selection none..Add Xero filter to each of your tubes..Add a drop shadow..Delete the original layer..
X out your background layer merge all other layers visible then duplicate..On the original layer Gaussian Blur 10..
Paste your tube as a new layer and position it where you would like..Add a drop shadow..
Add any elements you wish..
With a font of choice add your name and a drop shadow..
Add correct copyright..
Crop excess white and resize..
Save as a png or jpeg..
Then your done..
