I'm A Star..

Hope you like this tut..
You must have working knowledge of PSP..
Supplies:
Tube of Choice: I am using the fantastice artwork of Dominic Marco..
You must have a license to use his artwork which you can purchase HERE..
Scrap Kit of Choice: I am using the awesome PTU kit "Love Bug" by MoMo/Country Style Designs..

Template #200 by Missy HERE..
Font of Choice: I am using Scarlet Ribbons..
Drop Shadow: For Template 1 1 61 6 For Tube 3 3 50 3
Okay lets get started..
Open your template shift D and delete the original..Also delete the copyright layer..
Highlight Background layer Image - canvas size and increase to 600x600 we can crop later..
Highlight Circle 1 layer select all - float - defloat..Paste paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Delete the original..
Duplicate this layer..On your original layer Adjust - Gaussian blur - 20..Add a drop shadow to your duplicate layer..
Highlight your Dotted Circle layer select all - float - defloat..Paste paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Add a drop shadow and delete the original..
Now do the same to the Star layer..
Highlight your Star Background layer select all - float -defloat..Paste paper of choice selections invert - delete..Do not deselect..
Paste your tube as a new layer place inside the marching ants hit delete selections none..
Change the blend mode to Luminance Legacy and the opacity to 60..Add a drop shadow and delete the original layer..
Highlight your Star Frame layer select all - float - defloat..Add a new layer and flood fill with colour of choice selections none..Add noise Uniform & Monochrome checked set at 30..Add a drop shadow and delete the original..
Paste your tube as a new layer move to the right see my tag for reference..Add a drop shadow..
Add any elements you wish..
With a font of choice add your name and a drop shadow..
Add the correct copyright..
Crop excess white and resize..
Save as a png or a jpeg..
Then your done..
