Hope you like this tut..
You must have working knowledge of PSP..
Supplies:
PSP9 any version will work..
Tube of Choice: I am using the fantastic artwork of Jamie Kidd..
You must have a license to use his artwork which you can purchase HERE..
Scrap Kit of Choice: I am using the fantastic FTU kit " Teal Moments" by Simply Sensational Scraps HERE..

Mask of Choice: I am using WSL_Mask 241 by WeeScotsLass under downloads HERE..

Font of Choice" I am using Ambiance..
Drop Shadow: 2 -2 50 7
Okay lets get started..
Open your template shift D and delete the original..Also delete the word art and copyright layer..
Highlight your background layer Image - canvas size increase to 650x650 we can crop later..
Highlight Horiz#3 select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Delete the original layer and add a drop shadow..
Now do the same with Horiz #1 & #2 using different papers..
Highlight Round Frame layer and with your magic wand click inside the white part of the frame..Selections modify - expand by 3..
Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Add a drop shadow..
Now back on your Round Frame layer with your magic wand click inside the grey part..Selections modify - expand by 2..
Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Delete the original layer..
Paste your tube as a new layer add a drop shadow..
Add any elements you wish also use the elements to cover up the bottom of your tube..See my tag for reference..
Now to add your frame layer..Highlight your background layer paste a paper of choice..Load your mask delete mask layer and merge group..
With a font of choice add your name with a drop shadow..
Add the correct copyright..
Crop excess white and resize..
Save as a png or jpeg..
Then your done..
