Highlight Big Circles layer select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Add a drop shadow and delete the original layer..
Do the same with the Dotted Rectangle and Rectangle layers..

Paste one of your tubes as a new layer..Place inside marching ants hit delete..Selections none..Add a drop shadow to your tube and merge down with your paper layer..
Now do this with your other 2 circles..Add a drop shadow to the circles and delete the original..
Add any elements you wish..
Paste your main tube and position where you think it looks best..See my tag for reference..Add a drop shadow..
Now to add your mask..Highlight your background layer and paste a paper of choice..Load mask - delete mask layer - merge group..
With a font of choice add your name and a drop shadow..
Add the correct copyright..
Crop excess white and resize..
