Hope you enjoy this tut..
You must have working knowledge of PSP..
Supplies:
Tube of choice: I am using the awesome artwork of Elias Chatzoudis..
You must have a license to use his work..Which you can purchase HERE..
Scrap Kit of Choice: I am using the fantastic FTU kit "Sea Life" by Bel Vidotti..HERE..

Mask of Choice: The one I used I can't supply as I don't know where I got it from..Sorry..
Font of Choice: I am using Will & Grace..
Drop Shadow: 1 0 61 6
Okay lets get started..
Open your template shift D and delete the original..Also delete the copyright layer..
Highlight Background layer image - canvas size 650x650 we can crop later..
Still on your background layer paste a paper of choice..Load mask - delete mask - merge group..
Highlight the Circle layer select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete, selections none..Add a drop shadow and delete the original..
Do this with the other layers till you reach the frame layer..
Highlight your frame layer select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete selections none..Delete the original layer..
Now you your new frame layer with your magic wand click inside the top frame..Selections modify - expand by 4..Paste your tube as a new layer selections invert - delete..Do not deselect..
Paste the wire as a new layer resizing it twice by 70%..Then hit delete selections none..
Move your wire below your tube add a drop shadow to both layers merge down..Change blend mode to luminance legacy..Move the frame above this layer..
Now do the same with the bottom frame..
Add any elements you wish see my tag for reference..
With a font of choice add your name with a drop shadow..
Add the correct copyright..
Crop excess white and resize..
Save as a png or jpeg..
Then your done..
