Okay lets get started..
Open template shift D and delete the original..Also delete the copyright layer..
Highlight Raster 2 layer..Select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice as a new layer..Selections invert - delete selections none..Add a drop shadow and delete the original layer..
Highlight Raster 3 layer select all - float - defloat..Add a new layer, choosing a colour from your tube flood fill new layer, selections none..Add a drop shadow and delete the original layer..
Highlight Raster 6 layer select all - float - defloat..Paste a paper of choice selections invert - delete, selections none..Add a drop shadow and delete the original layer..
Highlight Raster 4 layer select all - float - defloat..Add a paper of choice selections invert - delete..Do not deselect..

Do the same with coyp of raster 4..But instead of adding a tube add the word art..Select none..Word art already has a drop shadow so no need to add one..
Highlight Raster 5 layer select all - float - delfoat..Add a new layer with a colour from your tube flood fill the new layer..Selection non add a drop shadow and delete the original layer..
Do the same with copy of raster 5 layer..
Add any elements you wish..
With a font of choice add your name..Add a drop shadow I used 1 1 60 5..
Add the correct copyright..
Crop excess white and resize if you need..
Save as a png or jpeg..
Then your done..
